WHD 1200/630 Field Butt Welding Machine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings.

High quality design and construction provide an excellent machine for welding both on the

work-site and in the factory. The use of high quality Aluminium castings allows for lower weight

without compromising strength and performance.

Technical Specifications

Main frame includes 4 light weight alloy main clamps of 1200mm diameter.

Heating plate is automatically separated from the pipe at the end of the heating cycle.

German hydraulic seals.

Removable cast Aluminium PTFE coated heating plate with electronic temperature control.

Removable cast Aluminium electric facing tool with current overload protection.

Electrohydraulic pump with controls, accumulator and quick release hoses. Includes countdown timers for heating and cooling phases.

Stand for heating plate and facing tool.

Standard machine includes all diameters of

clamping liners within the specified capacity range:

1200 x 1000, 1000 x 900, 900 x 800, 800 x 710,

710 x 630.

Overhead electric crane included with standard

machine (note please check crane regulations in

your country for suitability).

Includes overhead electric crane.

Optional stub end device for welding end fittings.

380 volt 3 phase 50 Hz, total draw 34.7 Kw.

Optional 415 volt 3 phase 50 Hz, total draw 40.5 Kw.
