WHD 630/315 Field Butt Welding Machine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings.

High quality design and construction provides an excellent machine for welding both on the

work-site and in the factory. The use of high quality Aluminum castings allows for lower weight

without compromising strength and performance. Can be integrated with optional

data logger system.

German hydraulic seals.

Removable cast Aluminum PTFE coated heating plate with electronic temperature control.

Removable cast Aluminum electric facing tool with current overload protection.

Electro hydraulic pump with controls, and quick release hoses.

Stand for heating plate and facing tool.

Standard machine includes all diameters of clamping liners within the specified capacity range:

630x560, 630x500, 630x450, 630x400, 450x355, 450x315.

Optional stub end device for

welding end fittings.

380/415 volt 3 phase 50 Hz 12.2 Kw.

Tool box including spare blades,

thermocouple, temperature controller etc.
